Faculty:

Most don't understand the subject but got master's or doctorate in the subject. It can be understood that the lecturers are mostly just depending on the guide book or text books provided for the course and if there's an error or mistake in the program there, they wouldn't even be able to fix even the simplest error.

College journey

Faculty:

We have had very good and experienced faculties, not more than 10, all very knowledgeably intelligent. All above 40 years with post graduation and top 4 with doctorates and remaining on course for doctorate. But curriculum must be devised so that staffs are made responsible in elevating the students professional knowledge in uncompromising way. Their knowledge should have been shared without expecting anything in return. No industry related experiences were there with them.

That prety much problem at most of departments of our college because faculty staff members were not good at teaching their knowledge.so pattern for selection of staff members need to be improved so that students can gain most of knowledge from their faculty staff.

Very excellent knowledge doctorate professors briefly explaining classes in every subject, if any doubt asking to staff, clearly explained, average age of staffs is 30 to 48 years, almost lectures hold some. Industrial experience certificates that experience also shared to students.

They have enough stuff to teach a student but the only thing that lags is their comunication skill no friendly interaction with students. They should create a large practical ideas which can made a graduate more effectively

Yeah,every staff are more than 15 years experienced and there are minimum five temporary staffs per dept,good lab assistant So from my department more than six professor are phd(doctrate) scholars,and the temporary staff are me graduated
