Established in the year 2007, Global Business School is a private college affiliated to Karnataka University, Dharwad. The college is situated in the city of Hubli, Karnataka.

The college offers a two year program in Masters of Business Administration with four specializations, viz Human Resources, Marketing, Finance and Operations. GBS, Hubli has 120 seats for MBA out of which 60 are under management quota.

All candidates should have completed the Bachelor’s course.
Students from any stream can apply for MBA.
All candidates should have secured 50% in graduation.
Appearing candidates must have passed the degree as per minimum eligibility norms or their admission will be cancelled.
Candidates can fill the application form either in online mode or offline mode.
The selection of the students shall be on the basis of KMAT Test for management quota, CMAT test for merit quota.
Admissions are as per the norms laid down by government norms.

The application fee is INR 1,000, which needs to be submitted in cash.

Global Business School, Hubli Admission 2023 Reservation Criteria

A fair number of seats are reserved for the aspiring students seeking admission in Global Business School.

The college reserves 15% and 7.5% of seats for SC/ST candidates respectively.
The college also reserves 3% seats for physically handicapped candidates - blind, hearing impaired (Deaf/dumb) mentally retarded or those with orthopedic disorders. The minimum degree of disability should be 40% in order to be eligible under this category.
The college has 15% seats reserved under Management quota.
The college reserves 2 seats over and above the total intake students of migrants from J&K.
There are 15% seats reserved for international students.

The admission process was very disciplined. Every student must give at least one entrance exam, for example, CAT, MAT, XAT, etc., and along with it, the person must clear the entrance exam of the college GAT. The application form is available on the online portal of the college. Up till now, the process is very satisfactory no need for any change.

East or west Global Business School is the best

Admission:

GBS has conducted the GBSAT entrance exam I have written this exam and cleared this exam. Next we had Personal interview conducted by our college dean. Later I also got good ranking through PGCET I scored 2075. Later I got admitted to GBS. And I have not applied to any of the colleges except GBS. As GBS is one of the best college in the North Karnataka region.

Admission:

I applied to the college with my academic details and personal details. Then I was called for an interview with the HOD of the department. He asked some basic questions about me, and what are my future plans. After that, they asked me to submit the fee.

Admission:

Written Karnatak government entrance exam and I wish to join this college only but rank is bit high I'm not able admit through government and joined on management quota, we have to submit the all the marks cards including PGCET marks card.

Admission:

First I wrote PGCET entrance exam which is conducted by the Karnataka government and I got 2600 ranking and I applied this college in first round counciling only I got my seat this college. To get in this college the maximum ranking should be 6000.
