Admission:

It was a very smooth process. It consists of an online application after that u get a call for personal interviews, then based on the composite score you get your rank and my overall experience was good. U can find forms at the Doms IIT Roorkee website application fees are 1600 for general candidates and category candidates have to fill as per their fees given in the brochure. Applications are open from the first week of January to 31 of Jan. There are category-wise reservations for OBC/SC/ST/PWD candidates

Admission:

I did my graduation in Business Administration and then decided to do my masters in it. I worked hard in order to get into this IIT. I had to score really well in CAT in order to meet the required cut-off over here. I managed to meet the required cut-off and filled out the application form through the official website and paid ₹1600, as an application fee. My college is well-known throughout the country and holds a high rank in NIRF rankings.

DOMS Roorkee experience of MBA

Admission:

I applied for this position through the IIT Roorkee website and paid an Rs.1600 application fee. Admission was made solely on the basis of merit and personality. I attempted the CAT exam twice in order to meet the cut-off, and on the second attempt, I was successful. My home is in Delhi, and IIT Roorkee was the closest and best institute nearby, which was the primary reason for my decision to enroll here. It is also highly ranked in the NIRF rankings.

Remarks:

Despite having a legacy spanning a lot of years and being one of the oldest institutions in the country, the management department of IIT Roorkee was established fairly recently. CAT score and personal interview performance are the two most important parameters for admission. Work experience is also accounted for.

The good aspect of studying in DoMS IIT, is that to study MBA in an IIT ecosystem. The admission starts in the month of February every year. A valid CAT score is essential for joining. Work experience and Personal Interview performance are also considered for selection.

For taking admission in this prestigious college, you must clear CAT examination with good marks. I submitted my CAT marks and submitted the online application. After this I was called for a written test and a person interview round. After completion of all these formalities I was given admission letter.
