Internal exams conducted twice in per semester so you don't have enough time to revise and study on exam time.

There are two shifts run by college shift 1 and 2, (for science courses), shift 1 government aided so the fees structure is less than 25k per annum including semester, exam fees. And shift 2 is self finance provided by college management so the fees structure varies about less than 40k per annum. The fees structure varies from each course and each person and each year. The scholarships are also provided by the college who come from backward class.

The department of Commerce offers Undergraduate only for the boys and every post graduate courses are co-ed. Here only media related courses,plant biology and advanced zoology are the only undergraduate courses available for both boys and girls.

In my first year, I have paid a fees of 15,000 for my first semester and for my second semester your fees will gradually reduce and I have paid 13,000 in my second semester, and in my final semester I gave paid around 9500 per semester and there will be an examination registration fees of 1500, and here tamil language is compulsory subject for 2 years which means for 4 semesters, you have to study basic tamil, if you haven't opted tamil in your 10 and 12th class.

The total fee of the three years full-time BCA course at Loyola College, Chennai is not mentioned by the college. You can download the brochure to check the fees. To be eligible for the course you must have passed your 10+2 examination with Mathematics / Business Maths / Statistics as one of the subjects from the recognized board.

For B.Com Hons. department Loyola College is not Co-ed. There is only one department that provides admission to the women at Loyola college, Chennai for undergraduate courses Viscom, French, and BMM. Apart from that, all the postgraduate programs are Co-ed.
