It is near to my house, it has a great campus, a great surrounding, my many friends enrolled in the same College, I heard about it on social media,It has decent placements, it has great staff which I got to know from my seniors.
I wanted to get a big experience in huge college and my friend were also going to the same college an which happened to have the the cours I want take for my career and as it was a new colleges it was man City and were close to railway station Which mad my travel easy and I had heard from my friend that the college where good and he loved it a lot
Here the main issue is travelling facility as college is situated close to NH 48 nearby to Virar and you won't get much of experienced faculties over here. Overall a good college.
Cet marks too low and so opted for this college and got addmission here. If you don't get admission anywhere, you will get admission here for sure. The college is far from road side and campus is far away from railway station but the environment is relaxing.
I had been a focus on the course from the beginning and then it came to the selection of institutions based on the merit list. As I received admission in my relevant field of interest then I thought of the institution.
It is good but the only problem is that It is really inside the village. You have to travel 7km from station that is very irritating. But otherwise carrerwise it is good. You can have a better future.
VIVA Institute is a fairly decent college some lecturers are good while some of them are bad. There was a faculty named Bhusan sir in electrical department who used to drink alcohol and come to college. The professors don't work by logic they work by attitude. The placements for first batch (passed in 2013) were disappointing. Very few companies came for campus recruitment. The college management need to work on many factors.
If I think about positive remark then academics and curriculum of college is very good. And negative remark is canteen of college is not quite good and reaching till college is so time consuming. Overall, college is very good typically for those who want to pursue mechanical engineering.
Positives are great scenery as college infrastructure was literally on outscorts of the city so we got beautiful nature to look at.Also whatever few fest days we got were awsome.Negatives was travelling time, strict timetable strange dresscodes.
