Vidyasagar Institute of Technical Studies was established in the year 2009. It offers with B. tech programs in Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engg. and Mechanical Engineering with intake of 60 students in each program. The institute is affiliated to Biju Pattnaik University of Technology, Rourkela. VITS has state of art infrastructure and has all vital and modern facilities at its campus. Hostel	There are 2 girl’s hostel and 2 boy’s hostel. Girl’s hostel has 40 rooms which accommodate 400 students and boy’s hostel has 20 rooms which accommodates 400 students. The hostels are provided with essential amenities.
