Abundant opportunities with DMS, PIET

Fees and Financial Aid:

As far as I remember it was 3.5 to 4.5 Lakh per course. The tuition must be around 70% of the total fees. Other charges included development fees, club fees, and other examination fees, etc. SC/ST definitely had a waiver but I am unaware how much.

The fee structure is very simple to explain in our college, they take the fees in two halves which is before the final exams and the fees are the same whole of the course which is decided with no increment after that and my yearly fee is 130000 rupees. They gave the scholarship on the basis of an undergraduate degree CGP.

Fees were justified as the facilities provided by the college were good. Placements are fine in the college. Scholarship opportunities were provided but only to the SC/BC category students. The hike in the student fees was not that much.

PIET- The right choice or not?

During my admission, MBA fees were Rs. 176000 for two years but now it has been increased. But overall if you compared it with other colleges, it is less. You can appear for P- Kat exam to avail 100% scholarship. 30 students are selected for the same every year under Super 30 batch. You can also get internship opportunities within the campus like Placement officers.

Overall Good College

I havent actually availed any scholarship or Loan facilty as such. But I know that there is some provision about that. Many students who come from Nepal or Jammu and kashmir their governments provide them Scholarships So college does honor this and give admission to these students also. Also students can avail loan frim various banks to continue studies.
