Eligibility

Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Science in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.

GATE or UGC-NET/CSIR-NET qualification is preferred and is required for HTRA stipend eligibility.

SC/ST/PwD candidates are eligible for a 5% relaxation in the minimum qualifying marks.

Sponsored candidates deputed by engineering institutions or public sector organisations may also apply subject to supervisor availability.

Admission Process
