Kharagpur College Medinipur Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

There is a placement festival every year. The students who are appearing in 6th semester are eligible to apply. Resmi metalik , TATA, SBI are the organization who comes to hire.They conduct some exams or interview. The average package is 4lakh to 5 lakh per aunumn.

After completing 5th-semester students are become eligible for campus palcements.Various companies such as TCS ,WIPRO etc visited here & many of the students got their job.Highest package given is 5 lakh per annum & it is taken that average 3 lakh per annum are given by these companies.Nearly 70% of the students got placed in campusing.My plan is after completing graduate degree is to complete my M.sc degree.

About 60% of the students were placed from our college. The highest salary package is offered in our course. Top recruiters for our course are IITs, NITs and top M.Sc colleges. About 60% of the students got internships from our course in all companies.

Name of the companies and roles offered under internship are TCS, Infosys and other companies. I have not participated any projects . And not to out comes to clarify the task. But our seniors are participated of some projects.

Placement is not quite my forte as bsc students usually don't go for placements immediately after graduation. But as I have heard from some contemporaries, the placements are decent. Nothing too good or bad. But we hope college will more attentive towards the placement facility.

Our college,being a general degree college, does not help us for placements directly like the engineering or medical colleges. When we read in this college some companies like Flipkart Amazon frankfinn came to our college and they interviewed the students of English honours.

As it's a general degree college for under graduate, someone can get govt jobs like be a high school teacher, eligible for ssc. wbcs, banking, railways and others of these categories but if you want to do higher studies you have to study great and you can give the iit jam tifr jest etc great exams to do the research.

The job opportunity is also very good. If your course's duration is 3 year, you will get opportunity from 5th semester. So much companies will give opportunity to our college. No, our college dies not provide internship.

No there was no internship facility. And there olso have no direct placements after completing graduation There was rare job opportunity after completing only graduation There was few more opportunity comes after completing M. SC.

No. The college gives us only degree course study. There are many subjects like Bengali, English, history, geography, physics, mathematics, botany, chemistry, zoology, physiology, etc. College does not provide any internships.
