The Rehmat-e-Aalam College of Education is located at Anantnag (Jammu and Kashmir) was established in the year 1995 and it is affiliated by University of Kashmir and is self-financed college. The college is providing Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) courses and approved by National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE) and accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
The management, college administration, teachers and other people associated with the institution are committed to provide teacher education by using modern procedures and techniques, in order to develop skilled manpower of high caliber, global competencies and value system among the people opting for teacher education. The objective of college is to develop human resource and build the capacity and character of individuals for serving the society.
Infrastructures:
Library: The resources of the library comprising books, journals (National & International) CDs, Video & Audio cassettes, Project reports, Back files of Journals & Magazines etc, cater to the varied academic needs of the college community. The Library system is computerized and offers online access to various databases of its resources through OPAC “Online Public Access Catalogue".
Hostel: The hostels provide mess facility and services of room attendants to its boarders in addition to the recreational and other basic facilities. The allotment is made by the hostel committee on the basis of some prescribed norms.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Science, Social Science, Humanities, or a B.E./B.Tech (with specialization in Science/Mathematics) with at least 50% aggregate marks. Admission is based on merit (qualifying examination and/or entrance test) as per the rules of the University of Kashmir. Applicants obtain the form from the institute's website or admissions office, fill it out, submit the required documents, and pay the fee by the specified deadline.
The admission criteria of B.Ed. is not available in online mode. The total fee of B.Ed. is INR 22 thousand.
