MahilaVidyalaya P.G. College is an associated college of the University of Lucknow and is one of the oldest and biggest girl's institutions in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The management of MahilaVidyalaya P.G. College is conscious in keeping pace with time in the sense that besides having courses in almost all traditional subjects of the faculties of Arts, Science, Commerce and Education, the college is also providing education to the students of B.A. B.Sc., in job oriented subjects like Computer Science, Computer Application and Statistics.
