VIIT Vishakhapatanam Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the third semester, students become eligible for campus placements like amazon, microsoft, infosys, TCS, tech Mahindra. In our college around 50 percent of students are getting placed. After getting degree i need to get a good job in software company.

I'm interested in electronics and communication fields and hence I opted for this course. In this college mentorship is available. For every 20 students, there is a mentor. Qualifications of professors in credit are a minimum of masters and a maximum of Ph.D. in their respective fields. Exams are semester-wise. Class Size: 66 Course Fees: INR 90000

Yea our college gives placement to the maximum number of people in computer science or engineering but other branches there will be fewer placements. The lowest package was offered is 3.5 lakhs. And the average package is 4.5 lakhs. And the highest package is 33 lakhs which is offered by Amazon.

Every student joining this college based on placements, this college is tied up into many companies like Amazon, Infosys, Microsoft, etc. above 60 percentage. But we won't do real time projects. I want secure placement in campus placements

Conducting of campus placements was good. Students are eligible for placements from their 3rd year. Several companies like infosys, wipro, Microsoft, amazon provides placements for students.average annual package is around 5 lakhs. Highest package according to 2021 is 35 lakhs per annum. Around 40-50% of the students get placed in campus interviews.

From starting of the 4th year like 4-1 students are eligible for campus placements but students should have an average score of 75% in all semesters. So many MNC companies are visited and nearly 750 offers were made for the college last year out of 1200 students. Some sample companies are Amazon, HCL, Wipro, Microsoft are visited the college. The highest package is 21 lakh per annum last year that given by Amazon. 12members got above 20 lakhs per annum package. I planned in a way that if I received the best package in placements I'll be continuing the job if I didn't receive a reasonable package it's better to go for MTech or MS.

Our college offers really good on-campus placements. Students become eligible for attending on-campus drives from 3-2 semesters. Our seniors( the batch of 2022) were placed in many MNCs like Amazon and Cisco. The average package offered for our seniors' batch is 6lpa. The highest package for the 2022 batch is 20lpa and the highest package for the 2021 batch is 32lpa. Overall, the placement opportunities at our college are good. My plan is to go for higher studies after working for 2 years in the tech industry

Basically, from my childhood, I like computer games and electronic gadgets that time I decided to join computer engineering. And finally, I got a seat in my college. In my college, we have 2 faculty for each subject and they are very friends. They not only teach curriculum subjects but also teach about outside views. In my college faculty have a minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching experience and they have masters in computer engineering. There is no problem with passing the exams if we listen to the classes well. And they also explain the errors that we did in exams.
