24 Nov, 2025 CMAT 2026 Registration is ongoing for admission to the MBA/PGDM programs. The last date to register @cmat.nta.nic.in has been extended to Nov 24, 2025 (upto 11:50 PM). Further, the application correction window will be available from Nov 26 to 28, 2025. For more details, check here.

21 Nov, 2025 JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Registration is open @jeemain.nta.nic.in till Nov 27, 2025 (9 PM) for B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Plan admission. The correction window will be available on Dec 1 & 2, 2025, and JEE Main 2026 Session 1 will be held from Jan 21 to 30, 2026. For more details, check here.

19 Nov, 2025 GATE 2026 is scheduled for Feb 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026, for ME/ MTech/ PhD admissions. The exam will be held in two sessions; the first session will be conducted from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, followed by the second session from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. For latest updates, check here.

Vignan Institute of Technology and Management (VITAM) came into existence in 2008 in Berhampur, Odisha. The institute is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela.The institute is engaged in offering B.Tech in six specializations under its Undergraduate Programs along with MBA in five streams and M.Tech in two discipline as part of its Postgraduate Programs.

Vignan Institute of Technology and Management conducts an offline application process.
For admission in B.Tech, candidates must have passed 10+2 in PCM with minimum 45% marks from any recognised Board.
Admission in B.Tech Lateral requires candidates to have obtained a Diploma in Engineering and Technology/ Polytechnics for direct entry in B.Tech 2^nd year.
Selection of candidates in B.Tech is based on the score of JEE Main/ OJEE .
For M.Tech, candidates are required to have secured B.E./B.Tech degree with 50% marks in aggregate from any recognised University.
Selection in M.Tech is based on the score of candidates in GATE.
MBA admission requires candidates to possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
Candidates are selected on the rank scored in CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA, followed by GD and PI.

VITAM, Odisha B.Tech Admission 2023

Vignan Institute of Technology and Management offers B.Tech course in Applied Electronics & Instrumentation, Civil, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Electronics & Telecommunication. Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination in English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biotechnology with 45% marks in aggregate.

Selection of the candidates is based on the rank scored in JEE Main/ OJEE (Odisha Joint Entrance Examination ). Seats will be allotted through counselling by OJEE conducting body.

Vignan Institute of Technology and Management offers Electrical & Electronics and Computer Science as M.Tech specializations. The basic eligibility to take admission in M.Tech courses is to have a B.E. or B.Tech degree in relevant streams with minimum 50% aggregate marks from any recognised university. Selection of candidates in M.Tech is based on the score of GATE. Final allotment of seats is through counselling by OJEE.

Vignan Institute of Technology and Management offers MBA in Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Operations, and Information Technology to the eligible candidates. The basic eligibility criterion to take admission in these courses is to have obtained a graduate degree in any stream with minimum 50% marks from any recognised university.

MBA candidates have to qualify any of CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT//OJEE-MBA / ATMA. Selection is based on entrance scores along with a good performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

VITAM, Odisha Application Process 2023

The aspiring candidates planning to take admission in Vignan Institute of Technology and Management have to register themselves online with JEE Main/ OJEE/ GATE/ CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA on the respective official websites. Candidates must appear in the entrance examinations to take admission in any of the UG and PG courses.

So I have tried some other college in Berhampur like Roland , GIET , NIST etc but I joined the college as my sister has also studied there. So basically we have to appear jee for admission it the same exam to enter any engineering college. So about cut off not much , if you can pay high amount fee. Admission experience is worst as they take my original certificate and create a lot of drama while returning them .

People who write Andhra Pradesh EAPCET exam are eligible if they have a good rank and went under through counselling Admission process should conducted online to avoid standing in a line which reduces the time and students are advised to get their counselling sheet or addmission report to the college The admission of Eapcet happens in the Dharithri block located in our vignan campus The cutoff to get admitted in data science branch or any specialization of computer science such as artificial intelligence, cyber security etc The people are qualified only when there rank is lower than 25,000 Things I didn't like in the admission of counselling process is even the students with higher rank with a reservation such as sc/st etc are given higher preference to get admitted Cutoff here would be lower than 30,000 Eapcet rank More over the examination where held in a 2 month gap and weekly test every middle of the week they are average in answering
