Placement wise my college had marked its presence in the top placement provider list during my batch. Companies visited here were Amazon, Godrej, Ujjivan, Heinz, Honey well, Byjus, Colgate, Nilkamal, MRF, etc. I got placed in Godrej in my campus drive as a marketing manager with an annual CTC of 6,00,000. The highest package during my course duration was 9 LPA.

TSM is an institution that specializes in Marketing and Sales. The main ambition of TSM is to make students get placed in esteemed enterprises and bloom them with more talent. Placements in TSM has always been 100%. An 8 to 12-week summer internship program is mandatory for every student which can be availed through TSM itself. Placements in TSM are taken care by the Corporate Relations Team comprising of TSM's own students who efficiently drive the process. Career Enhancement Program ,which is a completely student driven program in which students train themselves with the guidance of mentors and learn practical applications along with academic learning. There are total of 93 recruiters and 125 internship companies and the chief recruiters include Colgate,Nestle,Coke,Zoho,Federal Bank,Honeywell and ITC. Highest package offered is 12 lakhs and average package is 5.81 lakhs.

As it is a trimester every year Students are eligible to sit in the placements from the 4th sem without any arrears. There are more than 35 companies which visited the college with an average salary of Rs.4.5 L per annum. There are many companies which come for the role of Marketing Jobs.

Students can attend placements in off-campus with the requirement of the companies. The college campus placement we get schools and other training institutes where few companies give us the opportunity to learn PG in correspondence and work in their institute.

Placement offers are provided enough but the expected company does not come up to the school. Internships are also provided.

The placement and internship is a mandatory part of the MBA program and also for the MBA student. And I am happy that my department made sure that each of us gets into some good company. Along with this, I got into Byju's learning from college placement and luckily I am earning a good amount.

The jobs and placement portal of this college is impressive as the college encourages the students to take part in placement drives and show their capability. Last time good and reputed companies like Zoho, ICICI Ban, and Axis Banks came for the recruitment and offered a good annual package to us.

Totally 96%students of final year already got placed and numbers are still counting. Amazon.in- 14.5 lakhs ITC - 6 lakhs, Tata consultancy Services-5.5lakhs Honeywell - 6 lakhs, Colgate - 5 lakhs, wildcraft 5.5 lakhs.. Federal bank, City Union Bank, Janalakshmi, Tech Mahindra Average salary package - 6.5 lakhs per annum.

Top companies like TCS, TVS SFL,HDFC ICICI,CUB, COCA COLA, COLGATE, ITC. On an average of RS 4.5 lakhs CTC.
