My institute prepared us students to use critical and innovative thinking, rigorous research, cutting-edge technology, a problem-solving approach and sustained hard work to achieve targets that helped us in preparing for the interview rounds with the recruiters. Asian Paints,Axis Bank Limited, Bajaj Finserv, Bal Pharma Limited, Casino Group of Hotels and Resorts, Coco-Cola India, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Envestnet Inc. were some of the recruiters that visited our campus and they offered salary packages as high as INR 8.5 LPA.

We visited companies like Anna aluminium and our college is offering 100 percentage placements in most cases and our placement department is careful in monitoring each n every student and making them capable of working in a corporate environment

In our college we could able to get more placement and job opportunity. More companies are offering good salary package and also a good post where we can show up our talents. Many top companies had camed to our college like federal bank, ICICI, Ramco cements, Envestnet etc.

Companies like Federal Bank, south indian bank, HDFC, Byjus learning app, TCS, L&T, KPMG, ITC, Nestle, Deloitte, Geojit, Ramco, Asian paints, e. t. c are comming for placement more than 50 companies are comming for placement. For placement purpose companies are classified as A, A+, A++. Companies are selecting students by conducting mock test, interview, Group discussion.

A number of leading companies like Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, Axis Bank, Bajaj Finserv, Berger Paints, Club Mahindra, etc. More than 80% of the students were placed, so the placement in our college was good.

86% of the students were placed and the placement cell guide and train the students for the placement. The highest salary package was Rs.7.6 LPA and the average was 3.4 LPA. Companies like Infosys, ITC, HDFC Bank, Coca-Cola, etc. were some of our recruiters.

Our college had a very strong placement cell which provides opportunities for students to work in Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, HCL Technologies, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Nest technologies, Future Group, ICICI Securities, Synthite Industries Limited, Envestnet Yodlee, Times of India, The Hindu, Bajaj Finserv Ltd, Club Mahindra, and more then 40 companies.

The placement cell of our college provided placement to the students in different companies like Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, ITC, TCS, HCL Technologies, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Future Group, Reliance communication Pvt Ltd, Synthite Industries Limited, Times of India, Bajaj Finserv Ltd., Aditya Birla Retail Ltd., Sundaram Finance, IBS, Club Mahindra and etc.

The training and placement cell plays an integral role in creating the illustrious placement record of SIM. It ensures smooth functioning of the placement activities in the campus. The center further facilitates training activities of the students and makes sure they get placed in the best of both corporate companies.
