HH The Rajahs College is one of the organizations that aims for students to achieve their goal in the most efficient manner. The college was come into shape from the schools built under the mentoring quality of Maharaja of Pudukkottai in 1857. Gradually the college came into existence which further got its departments and classes in the subsequent years. After the affiliations with the Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli the college gained more program in terms of undergraduate, masters and research works too.

The departments included in the institution do count a good number of 12- Tamil, English, HindiMathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Botany, Zoology, Commerce, Business Administration, History, Economics, Physical Education and Library.
