Jansons School of Business offers education in the field of Management at PG and Doctorate level. The course offered at PG level is MBA and at Research/ Doctorate level JBS offers M.Phil and PhD program in Management.
Jansons School of Business conducts its admission process through proper National/ State level Entrance Exam:
- Students who have completed their graduation from a recognized University are eligible to apply for the MBA program.
- The selection of candidates for MBA is based on merit in the qualifying examination and any of TANCET/ MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ CMAT or ATMA.
- The minimum eligibility for admission in M.Phil program is a pass in two-year PG degree course with total 17 years of study.
- The selection of the candidates is based on the CET and performance in an interview conducted by the college.
- Candidates applying for PhD should have completed PG degree and must score at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for reserved categories) in qualifying examination.
- TANCET, UGC/CSIR-JRF NET/SLET/GATE qualified candidate will be exempted from CET and will have to appear only in the interview.

Jansons School of Business offers 2-year, full-time MBA Program. Admission to the program is based on CAT / XAT / MAT / GMAT / CMAT / ATMA / TANCET entrance exam. The program is offered in the following specializations:

Jansons School of Business MBA program selection Process:
- Admission is based on the merit order of aggregate score obtained by applicants in Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, and Interview.
- Candidates interested in joining JSB-PGDM should have a valid score of any one of the following tests: CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT, ATMA and TANCET.
- Candidates coming through TANCET Counselling will not have GD / PI.
- The candidates short-listed from other Test scores will be called for Group Discussion and Interview. The schedule for the same will be intimated to the short-listed candidates by post/e-mail/phone.
- Selected candidates will be informed through a call and they need to report at the college for admission along with their documents.

Jansons School of Business M.Phil & Ph.D program Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must score at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for reserved categories) in a Master’s degree and work as a full-time research fellow/research assistant/technical assistant in a time-bound research scheme for one-year or more.
- Candidate has to appear in CET Exam conducted by Bharathiar University
Note: Candidates will not appear for the CET who had already appeared for UGC/CSIR-JRF NET/SLET/GATE/ Teacher fellowship holders / Scientist working in DRDO.
Jansons School of Business M.Phil & Ph.D program selection Process:
- Selection will be based on merit in CET and performance in interview conducted by the college
- Those candidates who have cleared the UGC/ JRF /NET Exam or equivalent will be enrolled for the M.Phil & Ph.D. program in academics and will only have to appear for an Interview.
- Selected candidates list will be displayed on the official website and called for an interview.
- Candidate has to produce his/her PG Degree and mark sheet with the application form is filled is compulsory at the time of interview.
- Selected candidates can take admission on the required date.
How to apply for Jansons School of Business?
The application form is available online as well as offline modes:
Online Mode of Application for MBA Program:
- Candidates can apply online at the university’s official website or Click here.
- The candidates must have a valid E-mail-ID, soft copy of passport size photographs, and a demand draft of INR 750/- as application fee.
- Candidates have to click on the “Admission Tab’ followed by Application.
- After completion of the application form, the candidates have to take the printout of the filled form followed by the submission through courier along with demand draft and Photocopies of the mark sheets/certificates of education and birth certificate along with the community certificate.
- The above documents have to be sent by post subscribed as “Application for Admission to Post-Graduate/PG Diploma courses during” at the following address:

Offline Mode of Application for MBA Program:
- Candidates can obtain the application form from the college or university along with the prospectus.
- The form has to be filled and submitted at the university or college campus.
- Candidate can also download the application form.
The online application mode for M.Phil and Ph.D. Programs:
- Application Form and Prospectus can be downloaded from the university’s website.
- The application fee are required to be paid through Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank/Challan (Bank of India) should be in favor of "The Registrar, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore", (specify the name of the applicant at the posterior of the DD).
- The application should comprise of two duplicates (First Copy and Second Copy)

- 31% of seats are considered for an open competition
- 30% for Backward Classes, within this 3.5 % for Muslims and 3.5 % for Christians.
- 20% for Most Backward Classes and Denotified Community / DNC.
- 18% and 1% are reserved for SC and ST categories.

First it's a residential college, I wanted to experience this type of college. I considered joining either GRD or Gnanam college. I didn't expected to get a seat here. I got the last seat allotted to my reservation category. So I got this and never applied for other colleges.

I was looking for a masters course and conpleted MAT exam. I had approached top 3 colleges in coimbatore and preferred to join in JSB. JSB provided an extremely different methodology of coaching and it is a residential campus. The library, infrastructure, well knowledged faculties, CEO's motivation and all positive reviews made me join the institution. Moreover a friend whom I met during interview said his brother is a alumunus of this esteemed institution.

I applied here after completing my graduation followed by an aptitude test and later on after clearing the aptitude test, we had this group discussion as well as a personal interview which we were supposed to clear for the final admission.

I wanted to pursue an MBA and for that, I applied through the online application form and after that, I got matching scores in my aptitude test required by the college authority. later on, I gave a group discussion and once it was done last round that was a personal interview was left. Hence, after completing all the process I got into this college.

My overall experience is amazing. The college is perfect for students who didn't got that much exposure, because they provide foreign trip for the students to develop there skills and personality. Until or unless you are well groomed there is no future in a managerial field. I got a wonderful experience being here at jsb the extremely talented faculties are very good in teaching and grooming up students.

Admission:
It's tough to get admission here until you have a good MAT or other entrance score. You can contact the Admin of JSB to get the brochure and the forms. You will be called for the interview only if you have scored the required cut off marks for the entrance exam.
Interview process- Written Exam which evaluate your various skills. Then you need to attend the interview as like a job interview.
If you clears both of these you will be shortlisted.

Our college was really a good and nothing to mention much of a bad thing about it. Still i heard the fees has gone up like anything since we studied. Just an advice please make the fees not very expensive.
