JJCET admissions are based on marks obtained in the relevant entrance examination. Candidates belonging to the Open Category must have secured a minimum average of 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry taken together. Admission to the B.E. program is based on qualification through the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) process.

For M.E.Candidates must have passed B.E./B.Tech. in EEE, ECE, Electronics, IT, CSE, Instrumentation & Control, or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, or hold an M.C.A. or a 5-year integrated M.Sc. degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science, completed in regular mode.

B.E.

Eligibility: Candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).

B.Tech

Eligibility: Candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).
Selection: Based on Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA).

M.E.

Eligibility: Graduation in B.E./B.Tech. (EEE, ECE, IT, CSE or related), M.C.A., or 5-year integrated M.Sc. in IT, Software Engineering, or Computer Science (regular mode).
Selection: Based on TANCET score.

MBA

Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks.

Why i preffered this is college is first of all is the fees very comfortable to me and my parents and sourrounding area in my college is aeronautical department is available. I had joined this through Anna University counselling based on the merit list. Also, I'm a first graduate so got some reduction in tuition fees. At the time of counselling, Anna University will collect a caution deposit of 5000 towards the college selected other than that there is no hidden fee Structure involved.
