Fees and Financial Aid:

The overall fees structure is around 9,45,000 for both PGDM and MBA and yes there's some scholarship criteria available for students based on the merits and other criteria. The Exam Fees we have to pay separately not included in our program fees.

For my Masters of Business Administration in IIBS ,the total fee for 2 years is 945000 and apart from the tution fee we have to pay for Semester fee for exams of 6000 rs. All the additional cost of fees are included in college tution fee itself. For hostel opting there will be an additional charge of 1.32 L. There is a Scholarship program also included in this based on the entrance exams like CMAT,MAT, XAT, IIBSAT. We also have Merit based scholarship for students during our schooling

My experience at iibs

The 2 year fees was 945000 (tution fees). Everything including uniform training and placement fees is in it. The hostel fees for twin sharing is 132000/year and single sharing is 216000/year. There are scholarships based on educational merit and reservation.

First year itself you have to pay for the 80% of the amount, and that too under 6months, And also they have different types of scholarship merit based, caste based, and also background. Good Return on investment if you are at least above average student.

The PGDM program and Same for the MBA Rs9.45 lakhs as per 2025-2026 batch and scholarships are merit based , ranging from 40000rs to 1,20000 rs based on acedemic marks (60%-85%) or entrance scores .

Sharing my experience as a student of IIBS Bangalore

The yearly fee structure for the PGDM/MBA program is approximately ?4.50-?5 lakhs a year making the total go around ?9-?10 lakhs for two years; the fee includes tuition fees, registration fees, admission fees, examination, library and lab charges, development and other academic amenities. A refundable caution money is charged separately at the time of admission; hostel money is additional and vary accordingly based on room types and facilities chosen. The fee structure may slightly increase for the upcoming batches based on institutional revisions. Students from reservation categories like SC/ST/OBC might avail for government scholarships as per Karnataka state norms. The institution also offers merit based scholarships approximately ranging from ?25,000 to ?1,00,000 depending on academic performance, entrance examination scores and early admission criterias. Overall the complete course fee remains competitive compared to other private management institutions in Bangalore, with minor yearly revisions if applicable.

Overall college experience is good.

Tuition fees: 9.0-9.5 lakh total(4.5-4.8 lakh/year). We need to pay these fees in 4 instalments. Caution ( security): 25000 (partially refundable) Admission/registration/development/lab/other administering charges: Library - 5000, Alumni fees- 10000, uniform fees: 6000 and placement fees .

The total fee is 9.45 lakhs and can avail scholarship upto 1.5 lakh based on the merit and exams like MAT,CAT,GMAT and other competitive exams.All the other colleges are almost have the same fee structure but it's different from others.I got 1.2 lakhs scholarship based on my merit .They also provide free laptop

IIBS - Best Management College in Bangalore

During the course of my tenure with the College, I paid 20000 per semester, and for a period of 3 years I paid 120000. Apart from this there were no other charges or fees except for the semester examination fees which were paid to bangalore University. The fees are pretty much the same for almost all categories
