IMS Noida Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

While searching about MCA institute I got to know about IMS group and IMS-G was a great platform for me to do my MCA course. IMS, Ghaziabad was among the top 15 institutes in India for overall 2020 rankings of "TOI". The institute is AICTE approved and holds NAAC accredition with Grade''A''. For admissions in the MCA programme of the institute merit list is prepared as per the UPSEE score of the students.

This college had a good placement cell. The college calls the number of well recognized companies like Amul, Wipro, Amazon, etc. Every year for the campus placements. There are several examples of the alumina of this college who get the job in the campus placement and are now at the higher post in their companies.

The students are eligible to sit in interviews from the fifth Trimester of PGDM and there have been good amount of companies though I'm yet not the right person to talk about companies and the average package as I am still a student.

I choose to pursue my BBA from the Institute of Management Studies - [IMS], Noida as the institute was very good in terms of providing quality education services, highly knowledgeable and qualified faculty members, affordable fee structure, comfortable environment, good placements records, etc. Admission for the BBA is done based on the valid scores in the class 12th board exams from recognized institute and the IMS conducts an entrance based test (Joint Entrance Test) JET.

Well, on this matter, I have information as much as I have been apprised by my agent and peer groups. The placements take place in the college and students become eligible for placement in the 5th tri-semester. So far my knowledge is concerned, I hope the placements are good.

Last year student starts getting placement. Mahindra, Asian paints, tata motors and many more companies offer jobs. The highest package was 12 lacs and the lowest is 3 lacs. The average package is 6 lacs. 10% of students get placement. My plans after getting a degree are to start up a busyness.

- from 2 year student become eligible for placement - I don't know so much about this because there is only a few good companies come to hire the students - highest must be around 9 lakh and the average should be around 5 lakh per annum - 60% chances are there to get placements - to place in any government company like BHEL or GAIL

From the second last semester, students are placed and after placements, they are having final year exams . Until now as I have heard about the last batch 90% of the students are placed. Highest of 24 lakhs/annum Average of 8 lakhs/ annum. My plan after the degree is to get into some reputed IT firm as a Business analyst.

The admission for this college depends on mainly the entrance test and also merit of past education along with a work experience if any. The minimum reguirement is a bachelors degree with a minimum of 60% This college ranks among Top 24th college in India by Outlook Best professional Colleges according to 2019 survey. Some of the good aspects of the IMS are its academic rigour and excellent placements records, practical and theoretical knowledge, well versed faculty members, student-driven campus, challenging and rigorous curriculum.

I've chosen this course because I wanted to take the knowledge of Management and wanted to start my own business, The faculty students ratio is good (1:8), All the facilities are good as most of them are PhD holders while currently pursuing it. The term exams were got and we have passed them easily.
