Q: What is the eligibility criteria for PGDM at IBA ?

The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in any field from any statutory University approved by UGC with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories). Applicants who are in the final year of Bachelors degree, are also eligible to apply and the applicant must appear for any Entrance Tests accepted by the university and submit the photocopy of Score Card along with the filled Application Form.

The candidates seeking admission in these courses must possess a graduate degree in any stream with minimum 50% marks.

IBA Bangalore PGDM Selection Process:

The selection criterion adopted by the academy is based on the score in CAT / XAT / MAT / ATMA / GMAT/ GRE/ GATE/ CMAT/ State Governments Entrance Tests like MAH-CET, KMAT, PGCET, etc.

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of marks in Entrance exams. Further, shortlisted candidates are required to appear in Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Final allotment of seats will be based on entrance score, academic score, work experience, statement of purpose, group discussion, and personal interview.

IBA Bangalore PGDM How to Apply?

Candidates planning to take admission in Indus Business Academy must apply online. The candidates have to follow the given steps to apply:

Eligible Students can apply to IBA by filling the Online Application Form.
After successfully completing the registration process, applicant will receive an email for User ID and Password on their registered primary email id.
Application Fee of INR 750 can be paid through Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking / Demand Draft. After payment of the application fee and submission of the application form, students will receive a PDF copy of filled application form on their registered primary email id.
Send a printed copy of the filled application form along with other documents as mentioned in an email received by a student after submitting Online Form.
Once the application is received by the Admission Department of IBA, Bangalore, the student will receive a confirmation call and an email from the admissions department.

Admission:

I applied for Indus Business Academy for the PGDM program and I choose this college because they offer good internship opportunities, as well as 100% placements and The companies like PWC, KPMG, Deloitte and they, offer good package. For admission the college accepts all types of entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT and the minimum cutoff is 50 percentile. If the student is qualified then the telephonic round is conducted by the college. In this round, the basic questions were asked related to personal details and academics. This round is conducted for testing the communication skills of the student. After that second round is conducted over skype, It is a technical round in this question related to the subject is asked and the knowledge of the student was tested. After that, a confirmation mail is received by the student regarding the selection.

Review of Indus Business Academy

Admission:

I applied for Indus Business Academy for the PGDM program. I was looking for a college that has a stronghold in Finance vertical as well as a college that is budget-friendly. I was very much attracted to the offerings of Indus Business Academy and therefore I applied for admission to the college. Indus Business Academy provides 100% placement and the companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PWC and GT come for placement in the college with good packages. The college accepts CAT, XAT, MAT and CMAT for the admission process. The minimum cut-off is 50 percentile. If the student is qualified then a telephonic round is conducted by the college. In this round, basic questions are asked like personal details and academic. This round is basically conducted for testing the communication ability of the student. Soon after the second round is conducted which is technical in which students are asked technical questions related to the stream they have completed in the graduation for testing their knowledge.

Great ROI, great Alumni network. It is very difficult to find a tier 2 clg in place like Bangalore that to under 10 lakhs for 2year management program that to resident one. All companies offer decent package, which is great compared to your fess but the highlight is the position they offer.
