Faculty at GBS are MBA/PGDM graduates with industry experience. A tentative number of lecturers at GBS is 7, with an average age of 35. Each of the faculty holds industrial experience in the respective subject they teach. Therefore lecturers teach the concepts with practical examples.

Professors are highly qualified who always ready to provide assistance to us with their humbleness they do not get irritated if we ask the same question, again and again, They provide enough guidelines to the students on how to work on the things & resolved issues if there are.

There are 5 permanent staff and a Dean. Prof. Kishore - 35+years. 10Years of teaching in Gbs. He is an MBA Graduate from symbiosis. Prof. Sriram - 26 years. Youngest faculty of our institute. 3 years of teaching in Gbs. He is an PDGM graduate from Gurunanak Business school. Prof. Ashish - 28 years. 3 years of teaching in Gbs. He has got a industry background Prof. Chandra - 35+ Years. Qualification, she is an professional teacher. Prof. Rakesh - 26+ years. He has got an industry background. Gbs has given their students a opportunity where they can contact the faculty 24*7 in what'sapp or can call them. They have an immense knowledge in their respective subjects. They always try to link practical things with the theory so that students can relate very well to the subject.

Faculty is always updated and they can guide the students in any thing irrespective of their domain. They give a lot of assignment and projects to equip the students with the knowledge required to enter the corporate. They also focus on personalised learning approaches

There is a total of five lectures in these courses and certification courses will be given in the second year related to your course, and internship will give to every student, which will be useful in future, industrial experience with different industries.

There are 6 faculty in our college and the average age of faculty is 30-35 years. And the minimum qualification of any faculty is MBA/PGDM in their respective fields. And the knowledge that they provide is awesome and no other college can provide such a good knowledge.

The faculty is highly qualified and supporting. They aim at overall development of the students and make them ready for the corporate world. Prof. Krishna Chandra Mishra who is the Dean of the college has his area if interest in business modelling, entrepreneurship and a wide range of subjects.
