DePaul Institute of Science and Technology is in Ernakulam, Kerala. The Institute is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala. DIST offers BCA, B.Com. and B.A. degrees, which can be pursued under various specializations, at the undergraduate level. - Candidates who have obtained a pass in their 10 + 2 examinations (or equivalent) under any stream are eligible to apply for the B.Com. and BA courses.
- Candidates who have obtained a pass in 10 + 2 examinations in the science stream with mathematics / computer science as a compulsory subject are eligible to apply for the BCA course at DIST.
- Holders of B.Com. / BBA / BBM degree with not less than 45% marks in the qualifying degree examination are eligible for the M.Com. degree.
- Graduates in the faculty of arts, commerce and law with 50% marks and graduates from other disciplines with 55% marks in the respective qualifying degree examinations are eligible to apply for the MHRM course at DIST.
- Candidates who are holders of a Bachelor’s degree and have obtained a minimum aggregate of 50% marks are eligible to apply for the MBA, MCA, MSW, MA and MCJ degrees.

DePaul Institute of Science and Technology UG Admission 2023
DiST offers BCA, B.Com in two disciplines, and BA in three streams to the aspiring candidates. Basic eligibility criteria which the candidates must fulfill in order to be eligible to apply for the UG courses at DIST is that they should have passed the 10 + 2 examinations from a recognized board. Seats to the respective UG courses will be allotted on the basis of merit and interview conducted by the college authorities.

Key Points:
- Admission for 50% of seats will be through Management Quota for which PI will be held and admission to rest 50% seats will be done through MG University UG Centralized Allotment Process (UGCAP).
- Admission into the dual degree MCA course will also be merit based. Graduates of this degree will obtain BCA and MCA degree at the end of five-year, upon successful completion.

DePaul Institute of Science and Technology offers M.Com Finance and MSW( Master of Social Work) at PG level. Holders of the B.Com. / BBA / BBM degrees with minimum 45% aggregate marks are eligible to apply for the M.Com. course. To be eligible for MSW, a graduate degree with 50% marks is necessary.
Seats to M.Com. and MSW course will be allotted on the basis of merit and interview conducted by the college authorities.

Holders of a degree from any stream with minimum 45% aggregate marks are eligible to apply for the Master of Communication and Journalism course at DIST. Seats to the MA and MCJ courses will be allotted on the basis of merit and aptitude test conducted by the college authorities.

No entrace exams were conducted...courses are good ..it is far better when you take those courses in any other college..its nothing hard to get in this college ..jzt apply and u will be selected.all they want is money

my admission was through the mg University portal, and I acquired a merit seat due to my grades, which were good. there's management seats which have a cut off, but I do not know how much. admission through the mgu portal was fine

- Hostel facilities are very clean , strict enough to stop students from acting rudely to other students. Weekly cleaning , good bathroom and toilet available.
- College buildings are very spacious, there are a lot of clubs available to fit the students interest and to be charitable to others.
Dislikes
Admission:
This course requirs to have at least 75% marks in their 12th exam. You can find their online application in the depaul website. Admission process quite simple with the chance of an interview. Exams are not difficult at all. There are quite a lot of reservation benefits, though I didn't enter with reservation benefit.

- Malfunctionings of things like classroom fan, elevator happens often
- Strict rules for programs, really forced time limits

I got admission through allotments required by the university. Anyone who has completed +2 courses can apply for admission through allotments. According to our +2 subjects we can choose the courses. try to join a good college that gives you good teachings, placement programs, etc.

The admission process is simple. There is no entrance exam for this course. Eligibility of the course is 40percentage for maths, physics, chemistry. The application form is found on the site of the college or it will be on collage. the fees structure and the application date will be on the site of college or in the college. the admission process is very fast.
