CARE School of Business Management Tiruchirappalli Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

From 2 semesters onwards students will train both on and off campus. Like HCL, TATA, OPPO, ICICI, FEATHERLITE, TCS, and WIPRO many top companies come to campus. The average package was 8 CTC per annum. 80% of students get placed.

The campus fare started off very well, in our final year all of us were given proper training and workshop related to communication and leadership skills. After this, the companies were invited by the college for the hiring process. I was selected by Capgemini as a marketing manager and likewise, many of my classmates were recruited by ICICI Bank, Big Bazaar as well as Accenture.

Many companies like Accenture, Capgemini as well as HDFC were invited by the college during the campus placement drives and approximately 60% of the students were selected by them. Apart from this, the college also encourages the students to enrich their communication skills and CV by giving them proper training and workshops.

As our faculties had enough of corporate experience and they have enough of contact with corporate ties up, we have been given training on corporate affairs such as behavioural traits, placement tricks and tactics
