Barabati Institute of Management Studies (BIMS) is a Private Institute located in Cuttack, Odisha. The Institute is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela.

The Institute offers only one Post graduate program in management which is MBA in Finance, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Production Management and Systems Management.

• For admission in Barabati Institute of Management Studies, candidates applying must have passed Bachelor’s program or equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.
• Applicants studying in the Final year of their Bachelor’s may also apply for MBA provided they furnish the required documents at the time of admission.
• Applicants to MBA must appear for the CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ OJEE entrance exam to be eligible for admission to the course.
• Students applying for MBA must clear Group Discussion and Personal Interview held at the Institute.
• Final Admission will be based on Career marks, score in the test and score in GD/PI.
• Admission to BIMS, Cuttack is offline only.
• The admission form can be obtained in person from the college campus and sent/ submitted in person to the institute along with the requisite fees and required documents.
