Placement Experience:
When it comes to placements in MBA, students become eligible from the 5th trimester (a total of six trimesters are there) which is in the second year. And again it was a pandemic situation so our batch had an online placement process wherein the college had its system of shortlisting and making students aware of which companies they can apply to. (their website and stuff ).
But even after the pandemic situation, our college could manage to get decent companies and the average salary was 5 lakh per annum.
The highest package offered was 14 lakh per annum but the highest package that a student could convert was 12.5 lakh per annum.
Companies like PwC, BNY Mellon, Deloitte, Ingersoll Rand, Federal Bank, Oracle, TCS, HCL, IDBI, Cognizant, Infosys, Mphasis, Indegene, Whatfix, KredX, Hafele India, Skit.ai, Intellipaat, ICICI Securities, etc. offered jobs and our students got in all the mentioned companies.
I got placed in Ingersoll rand and I am the only selection from our college

About 20% of students got placed as of now as the placement has just started. The highest salary package offered by Arcesium is 11 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Almost 100 % of students got an internship in good companies like NetElixir, Philips, and Hedge Equities, etc.

Placement Experience:
Our college provides good placement opportunities. Many leading companies like Aditya Birla Group, Beroe, Cafe Coffee Day, etc visited our college for placement. The placement cell in our college provides 100% assistance. As I already have job placement and internships were not a big deal for me, but it was good. They also provide internships for the students as well.

There are placement programmes held very often in campus. More than 100 companies visit the campus for placements. The highest CTC offered is Rs. 28.40 lakhs per annum in 2019.
It has amazing placements but it mostly depends on your results and interview.
