There is 100% placement in our college. Many companies were visted. Aptitude tests, group discussions and personal interviews are the procedures for placements. Our placement department give well training to students. Most of the students in our batch was entrepreneurs.
Every year many reputed organization conduct placement drives in our college to get a professional students. HDFC Life, Esaf bank, Topper, India Mart, Bajaj Life Insurance, HDFC Ergo, envesnet are some of the company that students gets placement on the drive they conducted in our college. Every week there will a placement training session that will enrich every student to get best knowledge to place in a company. 100 % students are placed in different organisations with average package of 3.5 lakhs.
Placement record is pretty decent in our college but still has a lot of room for improvement. Especially the placements were not at par with the fee we paid. Average packages offered ware around 2.5 LPA while the highest package was 4 LPA during my batch. Companies like KPMG, Colgate, Future group, airtel, etc.
The training and placement cell is dedicated towards bridging the gap between students and recruiters. From pre-placement training to campus placement drive, the placement cell is active throughout the year. They organize guest lectures, provide assistance for the internship process. The average packages offered are around 3 LPA, which was decent for an entry-level job.
2 to 3 companies came to college during our times and students got selected including me. But we never accepted the offers as those companies were not good ones.
