Government College for Women Thiruvananthapuram Faculty

The faculties in the college is very friendly and their classes are very effective. Here we follow fyugp 4 year course which include internship and research oriented studies for farther higher studies.

Most of my Faculty members are approachable and friendly.But some are a bit unapproachable. I like my class teacher sonia miss. she's a sweet soul who wants the best for all of her children and very approachable. The Faculty who im not very thrilled about is sulfi miss.She treats us like small children and is very strict like in a private school

The college faculties are mostly good. There is good relation between the faculties and the students. They can really rely on the faculties. In psychology department the teachers are mostly councilors. So students from other departments often come to psychology department for advices or anything. Every faculties even if they were teaching or non teaching staffs they were good with the students. There is no specific faculties that i don't like. And with the exams, the teachers will cover the portions. Not so many people fail in their exams. Only few of them.

Every department has minimum 5-6 faculties. They are so much helpful and maintain a friendly approach to the students. From my department Dr. Sonia George is my favorite. She is more like a motherly character for me. When it comes to exams there will be 6 exams semester wise. Students usually clear all the exams. And the curriculum is not that much up-to-date

The faculty are highly qualified people. There are difference in number of faculties in different departments. They are close to students and are friendly. Some of them are poor in conveying ideas and some are great in that. I'm a 3 year degree student and I have 6 semester. So I want to write 6 exams each with 6 papers. Exams are difficult. Some of the students get failed. Carriculum could be updated

Teh faculties were so intelligent and with great knowledge about their particular subjects and others too. They are always available in time of doubts and clearance session. They are ready to explain us individually too. Most of the faculties are PhD holders and are extremely sincere in their work. The discussions and seminars involve us to develop ourselves and inspire us to take a path forward. The seminars and presentations make us to mould into teachers.

The teachers are highly educated professors and they consistently help in every stage of our exams. For every department, there are a certain number of teachers for each year's students. The teachers are very interactive with the students and we can share anything to our teachers as well. Their mentorship of each student is appreciable.

The faculty members were responsible and shaping the education of students. The faculty members were have a great experience and they teach very well . Every student can understand what they actually means .They were always friendly and supportive.

The teachers have a very good relationship with the students.they always helps the students with the teaching.They always make sure that you understand every point and gives assignments so that we could be more familiar with the portions

I have never seen such a bunch of friendly and wise teachers like them in my life. I still hold a good relationship with all my teachers from the college. There are about 30 teachers allocated for this course. All the teachers hold PhD. The teachers will make us fall in love with the subjects through their teaching.
