"Inside YUVARAJA's"

Likes

i love the college environment its filled with greenery it has best environment
i like the college's cultural activities and other cocurricular activities
college is very much spacious and well maintained libraries with nice classrooms

Dislikes

college timetable is very much irregular and it makes us very much inconvenient
college washrooms needs to be well maintained
faculties should improve and needs to add on more skill based classes like interview based

Admission:

i didnt applies for any other colleges this was my first option as there was lots of sports and other cultural activies which attracted me and also the college is very spacious and filled with greenery and people here are very friendly and are very much socialised as i was in boxing this college was very much nearby and the teaching here was pretty good this made me chose this college and i hadnt applied to any colleges

The class rooms and teaching staff which is more important to students i like
I have also take place in ncc and also event management
They teach very vell to students and they have high experience

Dislikes

I didn’t like way cleaness of the washroom
More teaching staff are required to the college
Fees structure is expensive to general category

Admission:

I have chosen best cource and i like it, in that course we learn about environmental history and chemistry which is usefull for future and industry which helps to make better ment of India and fiture business

Likes

The affordability of the course and easy.
Statistics and math classes we excellent
The college is surrounded by huge lush greenery.very calm and peaceful environment

Dislikes

The process of taking marks card after the final year
The office room staffs were very rude especially that examination centre staff were very rude
Asking everything in letter form but even they won't see what's there in that.

Admission:

I have applied for st Joseph's University Bangalore and yuvaraja's college Mysore. I choose yuvaraja's because during Covid 19 the admission process was complicated in Joseph where as it was very easy in yuvaraja's. The fee structure was very low in yuvaraja's and was high in Joseph. The timing of college was not satisfied in Joseph's college. So I choose yuvaraja's college.

THE COLLEGE DAY'S

Likes

I liked the garden around college area and auditorium
And I liked the strength it's around 1300 students for bsc so they provide proper education to them in affordable fees
And I liked a teaching of permanent facilities

Dislikes

Guest faculties are not good enough in teaching
Washrooms are really bad especially for girls and classrooms are not so good
There is no proper time table there will be different timings for everyday

Admission:

I opted this college because I got merit seat and the fees is affordable compared other colleges and a good teaching staff The admission process is like we should apply online and they will release a ranking and according to that ranking they fixed date for the admission

The courses that I have in my college is vast
The surrounding of the college is overall okay
The faculties of my course are good they are supporting

Dislikes

The office staffs they don't care about anything
They make the students wait for so longfor issuing halltickets of exams etc

Admission:

I did not applied to any other colleges because I wanted to study MSc 5 year integrated Molecular biology course that my college (Yuvaraja's college Mysore) has but unlucky for me the course had cancelled at the year of my admission so I choose the other one

Likes

The liked the campus its the historical college
The liked the teaching method and the support of teachers and guidance
I liked the industrial visits field visits

Dislikes

Their is lack of management in collge office
Lack of facilities in the college it's still under a process
Lack of placements in the college their no placement cell

Admission:

First i applied for 2 colleges for foodscience course i got admissions circulation from both colleges i applied for both Yuvaraja’s and maharani's i choosed Yuvaraja's bcz foodscience and nutrition is having so demand in Yuvaraja’s its so difficult to get this course in this college and campus also so far better than maharanis and its coeducational maharani's if only for womens The admission process is from uucms we have to apply the college and they will give date for admission their we have to conform the seat and pay the fee Fee is 12000 for scheme A and 35000 for scheme B

MY DAYS AT YUVARAJA'S COLLEGE ????

Likes

The infrastructure, environment of our college is so impressive.
They conduct sports day and cultural activities day every year and provide award for winners .
Important effective club they run is NCC and NSS.

Dislikes

Food at canteen is not worth as we pay for food.
Improper response from office staffs .They make us to roam even for small things.
Hostel food they provide is poor in quality.

Admission:

I didn't apply for any other colleges i decided to join to this college only .I choose this college over others is the reason Yuvaraja's college is well known reputated college in Mysore and we can see many years experienced facilities who teaches us more and more better.The admission process is completely based on merit score of our PUC(12th standard).There is no entrance exams are selection by cutoff.

Likes

Located at the center of the city, campus is filled with greenary.
provide good laboratory for life science students, which you can't get it in the pear colleges
Encourage in the sports activities and also supports in cultural activities

Dislikes

College doesn't have a particular placement cell which is amajor drawback
Lecturers just stick on to the prescribed text book and they don't give enough knowledge even they know about it.
We need to take 3extra courses for exams other than academics, and students are lag behind the industrial knowledge

Admission:

I applied this college and selected based on my PU marks merit list and i joined this college. Well there are 2-4 good pear college even better than this it's upto our choice based on requirement. The admission process is completely based on PU marks merit list and there will be no entrance exams.

Famous science college in mysore where many legends came out of it
Famous college for a trend subject food science and nutrition

Canteen facility is not there it has been closed recently

Eligibility to join the course is he/ she should complete 2nd puc in science combination PCMB. The application should be uploaded in the uucms login and there are no application fees. Admissions are directly called by the college through the mail.

This college offers different undergraduate and postgraduate courses in science.
The college is covered all around with full of trees and greeneries which provides a positive mindset to study in the college.

Dislikes

There a quiet problem with the office staff in getting permissions for doing any co-curricular activities.

The application form will be provided in the college office, application fees will be 200 rps and application issuing date will be announced in the college official website. Reservation for the NCC, Sports and others special seats admission dates will be announced in the college official website.
