The college faculties are good and well educated some of them also have master's degree and their teaching styles are also good very easy to understand they also maintain good relations with their student
Sports wise thakur college is one the best with infrastructure and coaches.
The college is well known and have many courses one can apply from junior college to masters they provide all of them in many different branches,this college is well connected and can be reached easily

Dislikes

The students are very violent and have disputes with each other like gang war.
Very rude Non Teaching Staff (Peons), Very impatient, disrespectful.
Admission staff is so rude and take donations under the table.

Staff is very friendly and helpful along with the way they teach
The campus is very huge and full of everything that a student needs including canteen, library, Gymkhana etc
Extra curricular activities are great and one can have good exposure here

Dislikes

Fees is a little too high along with other extra expenses

Placement Experience:

There are placements in the college with average package ranging from 3LPA TO 7-8LPA based on various categories and the companies are also good like TCS, Infosys, Byjus and many more which help students to create their base and it takes 3 rounds to be eligible 1st is aptitude test 2nd is technical round and 3rd is one on one interview.

The temple for success

Here in thakur college teachers are very humble and their teaching is very impressive , one can easily understand concepts. The quality of teaching was also good
The campus is very big in terms of area and here you can find a stationary which provides every item that is needed in a college
The staff of this college is very functional I mean when I went in for admission the process was so quick that I didn't had to wait for long.

Dislikes

In my opinion the one improvement that thakur college need is arrangement of Id cards

Course Curriculum Overview:

Currently I am pursuing bsc aviation course and the things are quite simple here, every thing is going very smooth teachers here guide us very well especially our bsc aviation professor is like our mentor. Talking about the classes , they are timely.

A full fledged experience

Firstly, the heads are quite understanding and helpful.
The non-teaching staff is very helpful as well and the teaching staff is quite friendly and respectful.
The fests and seminars are a level up for me as they helped me a lot.

Dislikes

The one thing which I didn't like is the allowance in college with the college ID only without that a person who has travelled all the way from virar or more can't get in.

Placement Experience:

As I was in a three year course, we were eligible in the third year for the placement process. There are many companies that visit our college, if I have to name a few - ICICI, Quantiphi, etc. We have strict placement rules for every eligible student.

I liked the college building and the cleanliness in the college
Also the placement and scholarship opportunities are excellent

Dislikes

The college has not a great security according to my pov

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have to go for upsc and also have a great intrest in the subject There are two teachers one lab teacher and one theory teacher. All the teachers are experts and have great understanding in their respective subjects Their teaching methods is based on real life example and make things easy to understand There are monthly exams and mid semester exam and end semester exams and all are medium in difficulty level

Placement Experience:

There is no placement facility for BSc students the only placement opportunities are of salesmanship. Many students after completing their bachelor's have left for other countries for studying and some are pursuing a master's in India from various cities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I want to only graduation from plane bsc The faculty is average we can't say that it's very good but it's good. The teaching method is also good some teachers are talking with students politely but some of them are rude too. Exams like semester exams are conducted after every 6 months and they also conducted the class test every Monday. Exams are not much harder to pass if you studied well then you will pass easily.

In my thakur college of science and commerce i choose bachelor of science in zoology because i like knowledge in animals and their part and organs. In my class approx 60 students ratio is. In Thakur college of science and commerce teaching methods is excellent and technology provides in my class. In my college of science and commerce exam model is. Easy to hard.

Placement Experience:

From semester 5 students can apply for placement support on campus. There are many companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Byjus, Icici bank, Axis bank, etc The package varies from 3lpa depending on the company. I think more than 40% of students get placed. My plan after completing my degree was to study Masters.
