Admission is on the basis of an entrance test conducted by the university. I filled two separate forms for two different subjects and appeared for two separate entrance tests. Students are called for counseling founded on their test records.

I registered myself in the college's website and had to appear for the college's entrance exam based on which final selection was done.Applicants qualifying ICMR/GATE examination also need to appear for the written test conducted by the college to pursue the P.hd programme.

Many workshops and guest lectures are conducted throughout the year on a variety of topics including Glycobiology, IVF, Lab Culture etc. It is provided by an independent support group- Parivarthan
