KMM Institute of Technology and Science Course Admission 2025: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

Ans. Admission to the B.Tech at KMMITS Tirupati is based on the performance of the candidate in the EAPCET examination. In addition to that, the candidate needs to satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria and to go through the central counselling process facilitated by the Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE).

Ans. The admission process of KMMITS is as follows: The candidate should qualify for EAPCET. There needs to be satisfaction of minimum eligibility criteria (10+2 with the right subjects). There needs to be participation in the AP EAMCET counselling process. Candidates submit their college/course preferences during the counselling process. Selection of colleges and courses is done through seat allotments based on rank, category, and preferences. Once allotted, admission is completed subject to document verification and remittance of the fee.

Ans. KMMITS Tirupati offers several undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The flagship courses are B.Tech (in various Engineering disciplines), M.Tech (in a limited number of disciplines), and MBA.

Ans. The eligibility criteria are to have passed the 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one of Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science (with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% for reserved categories)). Candidates must also appear for the AP EAPCET entrance exam and attend the counselling conducted by APSCHE.

Ans. Yes, candidates from other states can apply to KMMITS through management quota or NRI quota, where domicile is not a restriction. For the convenor quota, preference will be given to domiciles of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates from other states should apply for the seats for the convenor quota through AP EAPCET and must satisfy eligibility criteria and earn a valid rank for it to be considered during counselling.

Ans. Admissions into the MBA program at KMMITS is based on APICET (Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test). Eligible candidates must have a Bachelor degree in any subject with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% in case of reserved categories like SC/ST). After qualifying for APICET, the candidates must undergo the counselling process and the allotment of seats will be based on the rank and in which category the individual belongs, as well as, institutions based on preferences.

Ans. The candidate must carry the following documents during their admission as well as during the counselling sessions: AP EAPCET or previous entrance test rank card and hall ticket, printouts of their SSC mark sheet and Intermediate mark sheets, Transfer Certificate (TC), Caste Certificate (if applicable), Income Certificate, Aadhar Card, Passport size, and recent photographs. For lateral or PG admissions, the degree/diploma certificate or marksheets as applicable, are compulsory. All documents mentioned must be produced in the original and one photocopy of each document.
