BWC is also affiliated with the University of Madras by following the guidelines laid by the Tamil Nadu Government for its admission process. BWC Admission Process 2025
Admissions to various courses at BWC are carried out in both offline and online modes through the college’s official website.
- Undergraduate Courses:
BWC offers admission to UG programs on the basis of 10+2 score from a recognised board. Candidates can fill out the Application online or by visiting the college physically. After filling up the form, candidates are suppose to attach all the valid documents in sequence of order and submit them with the Application form.
- Postgraduate Courses:
BWC offers PG programs to only those candidates who have passed their Bachelors or Master's degree from a recognised University. Candidates can fill up the Application form online or offline and attach all the valid documents with the Application form itself. For programs, like M.Phil. & PhD, candidates are also required to appear for a department-level entrance test and interview, in line with the guidelines set by the University of Madras.

- Single valuation for all UG and PG programmes by external examiners.
- Evaluation of practical examinations is made jointly by one internal and one external examiner.
- M.Phil dissertations are evaluated by external examiners.
- Students can apply for a photocopy of the answer scripts and revaluation.

- A candidate entering the examination hall must possess a hall ticket and an identity card issued by the authorities concerned.

- Candidates should not write their registration number anywhere else (except in the specified space) on the first page of the Answer Book.
- The students who indulge in any malpractice while writing an examination will be immediately referred to the Chief Superintendent for the appropriate disciplinary actions
