The annual fee which was taken at the time of admission was Rs. 2000. Then M.Com. is in semester wise system. So, for exam fee for each semester was taken Rs. 1400. So total cost was 2000+2800=4800. My other batchmates received scholarships and whole admission fee was refunded to them.

Yearly Fee was 8000-9000. Then Exam Fee was 1400. At my time, exams were conducted yearly. However, full scholarship is available for Students on the basis of Caste and Income. Later on, the whole admission fee was refunded to the students applying for Scholarship. Admission Fee is non-refundable. Exam fee is refundable.

Actually, Hamidia Arts and Commerce College is a government institution. Their fees are quite low and they have many scholarships for reserved candidates which are provided by the government itself.

The fees of the college was divided in 3 parts , each year 10000 rupees , half - half in each semester during the year , total fees was 30000 + some exam and miscellaneous fees. In my opinion this is the least fee that you can get in Bhopal to do B.com. As i got above 85% , so in Madhya Pradesh there is a scholarship scheme called ' Medhavi Scheme' , in which any student who get more than 85% in 12th standard from any board , will be getting free higher education ,i.e. , the fees will be paid by government. I also got the benifit of this scheme and did not had to pay any fees , only so.e examination fee and miscellaneous fees i paid in my 3 years graduation course.

It is a govt clg so there is no fees hike unless and until if govt raise it provides scholarship tp all students accept general students to meet their study needs. The clg provide an open campus to the students to get placement
