In Government degree college kathua it has very big facultu members where there are more than 200 teachers which are in different departments,this college give us variety of courses where every teacher is here for teaching.

- I like the teachers, and there teaching style it's unique ie. practically.
- And I like the environment, faculty members, staffs and hods are vese warming in nature and very supportive.
Faculty:
In my cource there are total 3 teachers and all teaches different subjects and each teaches two subjects and they all are well known to their subjects . And in my clg , before the final exam ,one exam conducted and ie internal assessment,this is the exam of 20 marks and there are some class tests also , they all are of moderate level.

Teacher and students ratio are normal, 1:20ratio,
mentorship provide by teacher are very good with their proper guidling to their students,
they are ready to guid us in any terms and conditions with their students.

Our management is well educated. During college, not any single problem produced related to our study because of well-qualified staff. when I was starting join college all students suffered because of lack of staff due to govt. Policies related to the contractual staff so remaining all these things very effective

Faculty is preety good with good infrastructure and arts, science and other department are in different building and play ground with facilities of basjetball, football, cricket, tennis and indoor complex also with Nss and Ncc.

The facility of the college is not soo better because there are some that issue which has not been stable in the college the bathroom are in the college is very bad condition their should be the proper facility for bathroom

The faculty was not upto the mark except a few. Self study is being insisted. Yes, ideal references were given from time to time for guiding the students in a logical manner but it is not suitable for each and every student. Average and below average students need extra attention. And this is the responsibility of college faculty to look into their problems.
