The pros and cons of CMSCET

Likes

College compound and activities like sports and festivals.
Cricket, basket ball, football, table tennis , etc

College is little far away from town and hard to reach

Admission:

The main reason for choosing this college was I wanted to come out of my hometown . And one of my friend suggested me this college because he was studying jn the college that time. After some researchs about this college I found that it was apt college for me. And the other thing I was considered was the University. This college was affiliated with anna university. The top universities in India. And the certicate has the value. I didn't tried any other college because whatever happens my mind was confirmed for this college. Thank god I have more than 70% percentage in plus two , because it was their preference.

Just a good College

Likes

Smart classrooms are available in our college.
All course-related books are available in the library. Every department has proper labs.
The boys' hostel is inside the campus. Usally boys will be outside.

Dislikes

First of all, there is no Wi-Fi for students and in hostel
The wifi is installed recently, only in college, not good wifi.
Programs and extra activities is very bad, programs are very numbered

Admission:

I didn't apply for any other coollege, I just applied here fees was very low compared to other colleges, mallus was many, thought it will be good so i joined. 12th pass and maths is not compulsary for my course, usally for bca admission they ask maths here no need.Application forms can be done online and offline now.By contacting the college, if you reserved a seat it is only for you.The admission process is also very simple and they do not make any time lag in completing the process.

College is too good when you have good friends circle
Canteen is too good when you have good friends circle
Library is very very good for learning, seminar ,exams preparation and all..its named as "Ariv ulagam"

Dislikes

I felt partuality character among between Tamil students and other students
Bathroom facilities are too bad lyk bucket mug and all
Labs were not well maintained or organised..students need to do anything they will walk one varenda to end ..it's may effect our procedure and it's may get contaminated easily

Cms college of science and commerce coimbatore were given 100% placement if you have capability.placemet cell is hyper active to reach out good job and all ..if you have 75% above percentage in all semester.. Definitely you have to attend job opportunity..if you are willing company will hire you on the basis of their procedures lyk exams and interviews and HR round

It is not a strict college so i liked that one
The college has a lot of games football basketball tennis volleyball kabaddi and much more

Dislikes

Only two function for a year are celebrated like onam and codac
Infrastructure is so small in the college

As i was aiming for bsc artificial intelligence and i was at the last time so can't take other desison so i choose cms and at the admission time we should pay 5000 as admission fees and if are friends or relatives are studing they can refer and we can get the 5000 back as referral

Likes

An easier syllabus that can balance our study
The teachers are good to interact .They will guide us in a good path
less challenging course materials making more easier to stay motivated and focused

Dislikes

The college provide least cultural programmes
They should provide more toilet facilities especially for girls

Likes

The atmosphere of the college is good. They provide library period and PT period for relaxation for the students.
Campus life is quite good. College conducts programmes accordingly so that social interaction is more.
Every faculties are having PhD and they are very well trained. The classes are interactive and intresting.College provide placement training for students.

Dislikes

For any approvals from the principal the process for granting permission is very tough.

Admission:

I didn't apply for any other colleges. I have written CUET exam and I didn't have the mark for getting in better universities so i opt for this college. I didn't get any rejection from other colleges. The admission process is simple. The student should register in online in the college website and the college contact the student for admission.

Don't judge people by how nicely they act

Likes

The ambience, library, laboratory (highly facilitated with german import equipments), smart classes, availability of chemicals and apparatuses
Student's Friendly campus, well qualified teachers
The syllabus is really great and challenging

Dislikes

The fee structure, as in detail, specifically the exam fee's and the common lab fee
Some machines in the lab are not as devolped
As a biochemistry student, access to new lab apparatuses are limited

I chose this college because my seniors referred to it, as they will be getting 10 k for a pg student and 5k for a ug student. I didn't knew much about this college while i came here. And the admission process was too long.. Literally i have to submit everything, they even asked about stamps, and stamp size photos during that time and after each sem they are asking the same and i felt that to disturbing! The eligibility is that even students with arrears can apply, there is no entrance exam and all as it's not that compitative college

The teachers are good aswell they treat us very kindly

The college does not have enough infrastructure as a college the space is very less
The faculties are very aged and does not have enough knowldege of their own subject

I had applied to many colleges but didnot have the fees for paying as all colleges loke hindusthan,psg had high donation fees and annual fees aswell.the admission process is first the college admission cell says us to pay a 10000 rupees for blocking our seat then the admission process starts by giving forms and filling the +1,+2 certificates and the 10th marksheet

The college is very liberal and student friendly
Its have good quality teachers and good teaching methods
They give same level of importance to sports also

Dislikes

I don't like the canteen foods they don't have varieties
The restroom isn't that clean but they are maintaining it somehow
There isn't proper functions in the college

I choose this college because of my friend recommendation . It's low fees and good ambience make me attractive. The college is Eco friendly and has more plants and trees. The addmission process is very easy and the addmission facilities are so friendly.
