VESIT's Master of Computer Applications (MCA) is a 2-year full-time postgraduate programme affiliated to the University of Mumbai and approved by AICTE, offered at the Chembur campus in Mumbai. • Ccaution Money of Rs. 1,000 is refundable at the time of leaving the institution, subject to no dues.
• Exam fees are collected separately before each semester examination and are not included in the above table.
• Yuvaraksha Insurance premium is collected after completion of the admission process.
• EBC/OBC/SEBC/EWS female students have tuition fees fully waived; they pay only development and other charges (approximately Rs. 20,376 per year for Mumbai University graduates).
• Payment can be made via Demand Draft in favour of V E S Institute of Technology payable at Mumbai, or via online payment gateway at https://www.feepayr.com/ (convenience charges apply).
• Educational loans are available through banks; the college does not directly provide loans.
• Hostel accommodation is optional (not mandatory).

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree (minimum 3 years) in any discipline from a recognised university with Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or at graduation level.
• Minimum aggregate of 50% marks at graduation for General category (45% for reserved categories SC/ST/OBC/EBC/SEBC/TFWS).
• Candidates must have a valid MAH MCA CET 2026 score for Maharashtra state candidature.

Admission Process

• Appear for MAH MCA CET 2026 conducted by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra.
• Register on the DTE Maharashtra CAP portal and complete document verification.
• Fill in college preferences during the online choice-filling round.
• Seat allotment is done based on MAH MCA CET merit rank through CAP Rounds I, II, and III.
• Report to VESIT with original documents and pay fees to confirm admission after seat allotment.

Scholarship Details

• All government scholarships (EBC, OBC, SC/ST, TFWS) are applicable only to students admitted through the CAP process.
• ACAP students are not eligible.
• Students must carry original income certificate (issued by Tahsildar, valid up to March 31 of the relevant year), domicile certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and ration card at the time of admission to avail scholarship benefits.
• The VES internal scholarship application deadline is typically October 1 of each academic year.
• For MahaDBT scholarships, the application window is generally open until March 31 of the academic year.
