Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology Coimbatore Course Admission 2025: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

The institute offers B.E in 5 specializations and B.Tech in Information Technology. Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognized board of examination to apply for admission.

The admission process for B.E. and B.Tech degree is done based on merit. The whole process is conducted through TNEA. TNEA is a state level counseling for admission into B.E. and B.Tech courses in the state of Tamil Nadu.

Through TNEA, the students are ranked based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Based on the rank, they are given admission into the college.

• The college also allows Lateral Entry (Admission into 2^nd year) into B.E and B.Tech courses.
• Candidates must have a Diploma in the relevant field as a minimum eligibility criterion for Lateral Entry.
• Only those candidates who’ve done HSC from Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply for TNEA.
• Candidates of Tamil Nadu who have done 10+2 from other states are also eligible to apply provided they produce a nativity certificate at the time of counseling.

SRIT Coimbatore offers M.E in 3 specializations at the PG level. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized University with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories) to apply for admission.

Note: Admission to M.E. degree courses is carried out through central counselling organized by Anna University, Tamil Nadu Common Admission (TANCA).
