Ques. What is the difference between BE AI and Data Science and BE AI and ML at SJCIT?
Ans. Both programmes are four-year BE degrees under VTU with the same fees of INR 11,60,000 total. BE Artificial Intelligence and Data Science focuses on statistical modelling, data pipelines, database systems, and business intelligence alongside AI fundamentals. BE Computer Science with AI and ML has a stronger emphasis on machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and model deployment. Students interested in analytics, BI tools, and data engineering may prefer AI and Data Science, while those targeting AI product roles may lean toward AI and ML.
