SNS College of Technology (SNSCT) offers BE/ B. Tech program in 13 specializations. In addition to it, the college also offers lateral entry admissions to B. Tech course in 10 specializations. The minimum required eligibility for admission to any of the BE/ B. Tech program is that candidate should have passed 10+2 in PCM from Tamil Nadu state only with at least 50% marks.
Admission to the B. Tech courses will be done through TNEA rank list prepared according to the marks obtained by the candidates in the HSC examination. Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counselling process is conducted by Anna University.

Lateral entry admission to direct second year of BE/ B. Tech course is also provided by the university. For admission to lateral entry courses, candidates must possess Bachelor’s degree in Science with minimum 55% aggregate of marks. Candidate should have studied core Mathematics as one of the subjects at degree level.
- Candidates of Sri Lankan Tamil Refugee category who have studied in Tamil Nadu will be considered under open competition only.
- 10% relaxation is given to SC/ST candidates in the qualifying examination and 5% relaxation is provided to OBC candidates including Backward Muslim candidates.

SNS College of Technology (SNSCT) offers ME/ M. Tech course in nine disciplines. In addition to it, the institute also offers MBA and MCA courses. Candidates who have passed BE/ B. Tech from Anna University or equivalent in respective disciplines are eligible to apply for ME/M.Tech program. In addition to it, the candidates should possess either a valid GATE score card or valid TANCET score card.
For MBA and MCA, the minimum required academic eligibility is graduation in any discipline with at least 50% marks. Selection to MBA and MCA courses is done on the basis of TANCET entrance examination, conducted by Anna University.

Relaxation of 5% marks is given to SC/ST category candidates in the eligibility criteria. Other state candidates can also appear for the entrance test but the eligibility conditions will be stipulated by the university.
SNS College of Technology (SNSCT) Ph.D. Admission 2024
SNS College of Technology offers doctoral programs in five disciplines. For admission to PhD programs, candidates should have passed ME/M.Tech degree in concerned subject with at least 55% marks or 5.5 CGPA.
Candidates BE/B.tech degree are also eligible provided they have minimum of 15 years of R & D Experience in National Research Laboratories / Public sector undertakings.
Candidates qualified in NET/SLET or other National Level Eligibility Test or those who have been awarded INSPIRE Fellowship of DST, Rajiv Gandhi and Maulana Azad Fellowships of UGC or similar fellowships are exempted from written test conducted by the Anna University.

SNSCT Application Process 2024
The process of application to programs offered by the institute differs from course to course.
For BE/ B.Tech programs:
Candidates applying for BE/ B.Tech are required to apply through TNEA counselling. The process of application is as follows:
- Candidate should register for TNEA by using his/her name, date of birth, gender, mobile number.
- Once the registration is successful, the candidate can proceed to fill the online application form.
- Payment of TNEA application fee (INR 500 for general candidates and INR 250 for reserved category) can be done online.
- A printout of the completed application form should be taken for future correspondence.
- A copy of the printed application from, accompanied by photocopies of educational documents, should be sent to the following address:

Candidates applying for M.E. and MBA courses are required to apply through TANCET. The process of application for TANCET is as follows:
- Candidate must apply for TANCET by registering through the TANCET website.
- Both online and offline modes of application are offered by TANCET.
- Candidates are required to send a copy of the completed application form and photocopies of all relevant documents to “The Secretary, TANCET, Anna University, Chennai”
- In case of offline fee submission, a demand draft of INR 500 (INR 250 for reserved category) is to be enclosed with the application form.
- All TANCET applicants are required to take their respective tests on the assigned dates.
- Qualifying candidates are called for a university-level counselling based on which seats are allotted.

- The infrastructure that the college has is amazing. There so many clubs which will improve our skills but we must be so active in it. Now the girls ratio also increased in many fields. Now only ece was upgraded to 180 seats from 150 seats.
- There are so many friendly staffs. And now the regulation was updated so you will learn new things which I' didn't learn. It will be helfull for your career.
Dislikes
- The first thing there some rules like we must have the vehicle pass to park our vehicle inside the college. If it is a paper it will be OK but it is sticker which will paste in your front side of the vehicle. It was so bad.
- Some staffs are always bad but that's not a problem. Another thing is we can't access the spine directly. We have to show our skills and there will chance to only some students.
Admission:
At first I got admission by the counselling. My cut off is 155.5 for this cut off I only got the 3rd round. So that time I can only got the opportunity to apply the sakthi, kgisl and SNS other than this I got opportunity for the 3rd tier college. So. I didn't have interest in the 3rd tier college so I apply for these college on this I got the SNS tech. For management you have to go the administrative office and discuss with them about the course and make registration.

- Starts with the atmosphere, I liked them most and architecture of the building melted me like how ice melts in our mouth. Along with the ground facilities and garden view everything looks amazed
- Staffs helping tendency: They will involve us in every aspects before making any steps which help us in improving or make the problem easier. They will make us to give our most efforts in learning new thinks which inspired me a lot.
Dislikes
- My college spend more money on advertisement rater than on college improvement
Admission:
I got selected / admitted to this college through Counselling in 3rd round. During the round, the opted college for the knowlegde is this one which is also located in Coimbatore where I wanted to go. As for the rejection, I don't want to Sri Krishna Since I got to SNS College through Counselling, I didn't get the chance to look how Sri Krishna looks like. As for the admission, they are very simple as regular, we need to bring required documents to the college after got selected. They will make our admission process very easiest one.

I had an idea on applying Sri eeshwar college Instead of SNS College of technology but I didn't choose that because of the yearly fee that had been charged is too high. The admission process is so simple that we need to only fill the admission form and if we meet the eligibility then we can join the college. The CBSE students always have a upperhand in the admission process

Before joining SNS college of technology, I had an idea to apply for Sri Krishna College of engineering. The reason why I have choosen this college over Sri Krishna College of engineering is the yearly fees, the yearly fees in Sri Krishna College of engineering is around 150000 and it is too high for me so I have choosen SNS COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY. The admission process is quite simple in our college , come to our college attend the admission meeting fill the admission form and if you are eligible then you can pay the initial fees and get joined .

- Sometimes we feel unsafe to be around boys.

I applied to many colleges and didn't receive any confirmed admissions. I chose this college because of the placements provided by the institution. Student should score atleast 50% in the 12th std and should have a cutoff of minimum 155 to secure a seat in general quota. Management admission requires no eligibility exams and marks in 12th std. They should pass in 12th std. Overall admission experience is hassle free.
