From 6th sem students become eligible for campus placement is quite good right now College is improving day by day Recently Pune's Kiran it industry visited our college for placement Last year 23 students were placed in a company where the higher packager is 5lpa for freshers For getting placement you have to clear all your subjects with no back You must have to maintain 7CGPA in college My plan after getting my degree is that I want to work for big IT companies

Campus placements for final-year students are generally held during the seventh or eighth semester. 1. Amazon 2. Microsoft 3. Google 4. Facebook 5. Apple The highest package offered by the company is Rs. 8 Lakhs per annum and the average package offered is Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum. The profiles offered by the company are Software Engineer, Hardware Engineer, and Network Engineer. The percentage of students getting placements from Smt. Radhikatai Pandav College of Engineering is not known. My plan is to be a python developer after getting my degree.

Placement is not good of college , that is the only thing where college is not so much good. Students have to rely on pool campuses and outside campus placement , very few company attend the college and just recruit a few students from there and no one from core branches get placed hardly one and two. placement percentage is 50 it is improving but it may take time. Only few company visit college like Reliance, Azore and some startups.

Placement are few in number but it's ok. Internships are quite high in number and happens continously after a small interval of time.

The placement of this college is very good and and they place 50+ students each year in different company all over India the companies are Tata, Mahindra TCS etc.

The placement scenario is good almost every student gets chance to appear in the interview process of company if they fulfill the cut off criteria with no back logs and above 65%. generally 7--75% of students got placed . Major companies like Birla soft, TCS,IBM, tech mahindra,nestle and various such companies visit the campus. average package is 3.5 lakhs per annum.

Batch strength of 120 students gives a 100% placement. The average salary ranges from 7-12 lakh. The study curriculum is very awesome. In short, quality and brand at a single place.

There was no internship at my time. There was no stipend but i worked with a company and first salary was 5000rs. For 1 year and after that i got a hike of 1000 rs and the total salary was 6000rs for again one year. So no internship at my college time. Maybe you don't have that long list of impressive corporations and job titles.

Now a days a concept of open campus interview is being followed by the companies. So most of the time for any campus interview approximate all colleges are invited which is convenient for students. As far as RPCE is concerned placement assistance is poor.
