Silver Oak College of Engineering and Technology (SOCET) is an engineering college located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Established in the year 2009, it is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University. The college offers UG and PG courses in various specializations of engineering.

I also applied to GEC, Rajkot which I also got admission in but the only reason I rejected it was because of the place. If I would have choosen that college I had to move to another city. So that is why I chose this college as it close to my home and also I don't have move anymore.

Admission:

After Diploma there where an entrance exam called DDCET based on that merit rank are was decided and in the merit I had applied to multiple gov colleges like LD engineering, VGEC, GEC Rajkot, GEC bhavnagar from that Got admission in GEC Rajkot but the campus is very away from the main city that's the main reason I opt for the college and in Second round I got the admission in Silver Oak as a tfws student.

I applied to LJ university but I got rejection there. Admiy process of my colleage is easy. If you have got 24000 rank or below in acpc you can get admission. Most preferred exam is gujcet and boards.
