JEECUP is the qualifying exam for diploma holders applying for lateral entry to B.Tech in Uttar Pradesh.

UPTAC conducts multiple rounds and candidates may participate in all rounds until a seat is confirmed.

Eligibility Criteria

3-year Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related branch from a recognised State Board of Technical Education, OR a B.Sc degree with Mathematics from a recognised university.

Minimum 45% aggregate in Diploma or B.Sc. Reserved category candidates are eligible with 40% aggregate.

JEECUP score is required for diploma holders. B.Sc graduates may be admitted on merit basis through UPTAC counselling.

Admission Process

Appear for JEECUP before the registration deadline and obtain a qualifying score.

Fill in college and branch preferences online during the UPTAC option form window.
