Saranathan College of Engineering (SCE) is affiliated to Anna University. The college was established in 2000 and is located in Srirangam, Tamil Nadu. Admissions here are offered based on the state norms and guidelines set by the Anna University.

Postgraduate admissions have 50% of the seats reserved for students who get admissions through TANCA counseling. The other 50% of the seats are reserved for students who get admitted through the management quota.

Must have a bachelor’s in B.E/B.Tech in a relevant subject with 50% to be eligible for admission. Also, students who are GATE qualified will be given preference over those who are not, to fill the vacant seats after the first two rounds.

Students who qualify for the GATE exam can also apply through TANCA for admissions.
How to Apply for GATE?
The applications are accepted through the official website of GOAPS. Where the applicant must register first to create a new registration using one unique email id.

- Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License/PAN Card/Voter ID/College ID/Employee Identification Card/Notarized Affidavit with Photo, Signature, Date of Birth and Residential Address).

- Copy of mark sheet of V /VI /VII semester.
- Final year students must submit Provisional Certificate Letter as per format issued by the Home of Institute/Dean/Registrar/Head of Dept.
- Candidates in the final year of AMIE have to submit their mark sheet for Section A of AMIE in case of professional equivalent qualifications.

The eligibility for the electronics and communication engineering course requires an cutt off of 160 and more . The application form is available in the office room upon paying the fee for admission form one can fill it. The admission is dealt by the management and they ask you few questions for your choice of course then you are good to go.

The application process was pretty easy.It was a one visit thing for admission.The admission information are found in the official college websites.The original certificates of 10th 11th 12th are collected and returned recently.Some students receive 100% of their fees as scholarships.

- I liked college placements which is from 5th semester. Some of the product based companies will also come for placements like ZOHO, AMAZON, etc which will have very high package. The package will be above 15 lakhs. So I feel that college is good.
- The second thing I liked the most was friends. Here we will find some good people as a friend they will help you in all situations. If you afford a hostel facility the you are the luckiest person. There will be more entertainment in hostel.
Dislikes
- I dont like some of the management rules
- The college is too strict which is only a worrying factor.

Saranathan College of Engineering(SCE) is affiliated with Anna University. 1. Students with 10th, and 12th qualifications with at least 50% of marks can get eligibility with either two quotas. One is the Counselling quota and the other is the management quota. 2. Interested students can find the application form on the Saranathan College of Engineering website, The application fee is just Rs.100 and the course fee is rs,50000 per year. The application dates start from May 5th to 11th September 2024. 3. If the students want to avail themselves of reservation benefits, they have to submit either the state or central reservation certificates. For SC/ST canditates, the application form is free. 4. It will be useful for students if they reduce the fee structure.

I passed 92% in the 10th standard and 70% in 12 th standard. and I have the cut-off. I have applied to this application on the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission website. On that website itself, it shows all the details about the application fees and the application dates very clearly. I don't want any improvement to see in the admission process.

yes, I took the MBA entrance exam conducted by the Tamilnadu board it was conducted in Coimbatore, and selected the preferred college I got a fee deduction through my mark in the entrance exam. the mark was adequate for me to enter the preferred college in Trichy.

I'm directly going to the management office, already I applied for the government quota seats and was selected in 3rd round of counselling. Then next day paid the admission fee and tuition fee and evaluated my certificates and documents. Through the principal, they discussed my cut-off and told me to score good marks in all semesters

The candidate should have pursued only Bio-maths or cs-maths group to pursue this course. The selection round consists of 4 rounds based on the marks. There are reservation quotas for specific students like ex-army, physical disability, etc.

I got an application form from the internet and I applied for counseling the course for which I got eligible is mechanical engineering and the admission process is perfectly good and there is no need for improvement in admission process.

I've applied for three colleges from Tamil Nadu and I choose Saranathan College of Engineering in that I choose Electrical and Electronics Engineering and am interested in the electrical field with a piece of practical knowledge. Great infrastructure and many guided staffs over there. Many internships in my field and many projects with symposiums. Provided college buses and workshops with guided staff. Great library with internet access to gain great knowledge and passes avail for the books we are taking for months. Nice laboratory and separated departments with separate labs. Huge playground for great events organized by our college.
