The college organizes annual job fairs, attracting companies like HDFC, Jindal Steel, Infosys, Wipro, and local businesses such as Excel Fertilisers, Amul, Mother Dairy, Parle, and ITC. Despite these efforts, overall placement rates are reported as low, with only about 10% of students achieving placements. However, there are claims of a 70-75% placement rate among students who applied for on-campus opportunities.
The college provides personality building and interview skills classes to enhance employability. Internships and job opportunities are sporadic, with better placements noted for female students. Scholarships and stipends are available for high-achieving and financially disadvantaged students. The placement cell is active, arranging interviews and job fairs twice a year, though some students report limited internship offerings.
