The institute offers BE and Diploma programs in Engineering at the undergraduate level for a duration of 4 years and 3 years respectively. The intake for BE and Diploma programs is 60 seats per course, with the only exception being Mechanical Engineering which admits 120 students per year.SAM College of Engineering and Technology (SAMCET) is a reputed college of the SAM Group. It is located in the state of Madhya Pradesh. It provides various professional courses like BE, Diploma, M.Tech, MCA, and MBA.

Admission to BE is conducted on the basis of the results of the Pre-engineering test or JEE Main or 10+2 basis. All those who fulfill the eligibility criteria will have to go through counselling for seat allotment. For admission to diploma courses, the student must have passed 10+2.

It also has engineering degree courses at the postgraduate level, including MBA and MCA programs. The M. Tech programs have a capacity of 18 seats per specialization and 60 seats each for MBA and MCA.

Admission to M.Tech is done on the basis of GATE Score through counselling. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Admission to MBA is done on the merit in MET through online counselling. To be eligible, the candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. For MCA, the candidate must have completed graduation with mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 or graduation level.

Candidates applying for the vacant seats after counselling must fill the online registration form issued by SAM College of Engineering & Technology by visiting the institute website. How to Apply at SAM College of Engineering & Technology?

Students need to go through a state-level counselling process which is conducted by the DTE, Madhya Pradesh.
The registration needs to be completed by visiting the official website of DTE, MP and filling the online application form.
The next step is the verification of documents. While filling the application form, the candidate needs to upload the scanned copies of all the relevant documents which also includes passport-sized photograph and signature. Original copies must be taken to the nearest help center on the assigned dates for verification purpose.
On the scheduled date, the candidates are required to choose their desired college and courses and lock their choices.
After the result gets published, the candidates who are allotted a seat will be issued a seat allotment letter.
