It is mandatory for all residents to join the mess, which operates on a fixed schedule and is closed after lunch on Saturdays for maintenance. Mess timings are strictly enforced. Rooms are shared by 2 to 3 students, and there are reported issues with basic amenities like clean drinking water, bathrooms, and consistent electricity supply.
