The 4-year program consists of 8 semesters, each with 2 internal exams, and consistent faculty support. Students become eligible for campus placements starting in their 7th semester, with companies like Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and Infosys participating. This year, over 50% of students were placed in Wipro. Although placement opportunities are available, salary packages may not be high, prompting students to seek internships independently. The college aids in finding internships, though many are unpaid.
Scholarships are offered, primarily through the Odisha government, such as the e-Medhabruti scholarship (Rs 40,000 over four years) and the Post-Matric Scholarship. SC/ST candidates receive Rs 60,000 annually under this scheme, while OBC and General candidates get Rs 20,000. Annual tuition costs Rs 45,000, with a possible yearly increase of Rs 5,000. Students can pay in 2-3 installments, with additional charges for events and registration. The State Government Scholarship can cover up to 50% of fees for four years.
The Godabarish Goberdan scheme and other scholarships are also available. Admission requires an initial payment of Rs 10,000, with the total course cost around Rs 180,000. The college plans to introduce campus employment in the future.
