Fee for engineering were 25k to 35k and the scholorships were given on state and centre basis..
Also for outside state candidates discount were given .. always i paid less amount than total fees due to Outside state Candidate and fee relaxation were given to minority candidates

If you are in open category. You can apply for EBC which is applicable for student whose family annual income is less than 1.5 lacs however for OBC category fee is half of general fee. You can apply for any nationalized bank for educational loan
