Shaikh sir he is a dean of Acedemics and very experienced person ever He gives the full on motivation to all of students We have 8 subjects for a year 4 for a single sem and also projects like mini project and final projects It's not more tough nor more easy By doing regular study we can crack all exams

I don't have proper information about it but some faculty members have more experience that 10 years. And some of them are very helpful and calm the most uniqe things about them is their teachings style.
